Jodi earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern

Connecticut State University in Art Education. She is licensed to teach art in grades K - 12 in New Jersey and New York. She has taught art classes in elementary and junior high schools in the Bronx, NY and Jersey City, NJ.

Jodi has obtained a Master of Science degree in Art Therapy from the College of New Rochelle, which is recognized with national accreditation from the American Art Therapy Association. Jodi has worked with several

populations of children, adolescents and adults, which include domestic violence shelters, community outreach programs, nursing homes, and hospitals. The majority of this experience involves working with children and their families. Some of the diagnoses and issues that Jodi has

treated include post-traumatic stress, ADD/ADHD, learning disabilities, separation anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, social anxiety, socialization skills, suicidal ideation, anger management, relationships, grief, death/dying, divorce/separation, and self-esteem and awareness.
